Ordering a limited edition fine art print
Every print is printed and framed on-demand, so your order will be sent to Imageland once it’s been paid for in full. You can pay via internet banking.
Depending on how busy the Imageland folks are (and how much chocolate I bribe them with), it may take up to 4 weeks for printing, signing, framing and shipping. I’ll be in touch to let you know how it’s going. If you’re ordering for a birthday or other special occasion, let me know so I can make sure to get your print to you in time. If you have any questions about your order, please email me at email@example.com.
Refunds and returns
I don’t offer refunds or returns unless damaged or defective. I use a monitor calibration tool to ensure the digital images I display on my website have the most accurate colour possible. However, due to differences in monitors, I can’t be responsible for variations in colour between your screen and the physical print.
If your package arrives damaged, please get the courier to make a note of it straight away and take a photo. If your print or the frame is defective, please take a photo. Make sure you keep all packaging, and contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days. Because each print is individually signed and numbered, you’ll need to return the print to us before we can get a replacement print to you.
